Security operations and administration Specialist (SecOps)

• Administer and tune firewall policies, WAF, anti-malware and EDR across the whole estate.
• Own the vulnerability lifecycle: scheduled scans, risk ranking, patch tracking and backlog reporting.
• Operate identity and access management, review permissions on a schedule and revoke them when people change roles.
• Build and maintain detection rules on the central monitoring platform.
• Join security incident investigations with the monitoring team and carry out containment and remediation steps.
• Prepare records and evidence for compliance assessments and internal audits.
• Coach engineering teams on applying secure configuration from the design stage onward.

• At least 2 years in security operations, security appliance administration or vulnerability management.
• Clear understanding of how firewalls, WAF, IPS, EDR and central log collection work.
• Familiar with the security incident handling process and with collecting evidence correctly.
• Fluent on Linux and able to use PowerShell or Python to automate review work.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST or equivalent compliance frameworks.
• Security+, CySA+, CISSP or a vendor certification for the appliances in use is an advantage.
• Methodical, disciplined about documentation and willing to work across teams.

• Income from 22 – 45 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
