Scrum Master

• Organize and facilitate the cycle events: planning, daily stand-up, review and retrospective.
• Remove impediments for the development team and follow each one until it is genuinely resolved.
• Protect the team from mid-cycle scope change and help stakeholders understand how the team works.
• Track flow metrics, cycle time and quality, and propose concrete improvements.
• Coach new members on agile practice and on a culture of direct feedback.
• Coordinate between teams when work has cross dependencies.
• Propose process changes when reality shows the current approach no longer fits.

• At least 3 years as a Scrum Master or agile project manager.
• Solid grasp of Scrum and Kanban, including why each event exists rather than only its form.
• Facilitation, conflict handling and individual coaching skills.
• Uses metrics to discuss effectiveness rather than general impressions.
• A technical background or previous time in a development team is a strong advantage.
• PSM, CSM or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Income from 30 – 60 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
