Social Media Specialist (Hybrid)

• Plan and run the brand social channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Produce short-form content filmed on site at the factories, shops and yards where the product is actually running.
• Write posts and short video scripts that suit each platform, instead of cross-posting one thing everywhere.
• Answer comments and messages within the promised window and route sales enquiries to the right team.
• Track the numbers per channel and propose changes to topic, format and timing.
• Work with design and engineering to get the images, the figures and the customer stories.

• At least 1 year running social channels for a business or a brand.
• Able to film and cut short video to a publishable standard with CapCut or similar.
• Good written Vietnamese, correct spelling, and a feel for changing register by platform.
• Happy to go on site with the engineering team to get real material.
• Willing to be in the office on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the week.
• Calm and polite when handling negative comments.

• Income from 18 – 28 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
