Marketing Automation Specialist (Hybrid)

• Design and run the automated flows: welcome, abandoned cart, reactivation and seller nurture.
• Segment users by behavior and value so the right content reaches the right group.
• Write and coordinate the content for emails, messages and push notifications.
• Set up A/B tests on subject lines, content and send time, and read the results from the data.
• Track open, click, conversion and unsubscribe rates for each flow.
• Work with the product team to get the events and data each trigger needs.
• Keep the program compliant with marketing email and data privacy rules.

• At least 2 years in marketing automation, email marketing or lifecycle management.
• Fluent with at least one marketing automation platform.
• Able to write basic SQL to build segments and check data independently.
• Understands how to read the numbers and design a test whose result can be trusted.
• Writes short copy with a clear call to action.
• Familiar with marketing email and personal data protection rules.

Marketing automation · User retention

• Income from 20 – 40 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
