To maintain performance and security in a WordPress environment, plugins should be reviewed carefully before they are installed and used. Any abnormal plugin behavior can create a security risk or affect our systems, and Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC will act to remove or suspend it immediately, to prevent resource escalation and protect overall server operation.
Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC will notify you as soon as such an anomaly is detected so that you can investigate and resolve it. If the problem is not fully resolved within 24 hours of our notification, or if it recurs and affects server performance, we may unilaterally terminate the service without refund, depending on our assessment of how seriously it affects our servers.
The list below is not exhaustive, but any plugin in the following table may, if installed, cause problems — slowing the website, affecting the server infrastructure, weakening security, or being no longer supported by its third-party vendor — or may simply be unnecessary, because WordPress Hosting at Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC already provides the same functionality.

Essential security considerations for your WordPress website
- A great many plugins and themes are published and made available to download and install free of charge. Do not install and use them casually without first checking their origin and provenance, and the information available on their security and performance. They can open the door to cyberattacks that slow your site, inject malicious code or harmful backlinks, harvest information, or even damage your website's structure outright.
- Do not install too many plugins, as they slow down page loads. Disable any plugins you do not need in order to improve your website's performance.
- Heavy images slow a website down when a page loads, so you should optimize them to reduce their size, or use a plugin that optimizes images automatically, such as WP Smush. It, Optimus, ShortPixel, Compress JPEG & PNG images, WP Rocket and others.
- Make regular use of the WordPress Security Check feature that Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC has built intoWordPress Toolkitto quickly record reported security issues.
- Choosing a suitable, lightweight theme matters most; some themes have very complex JS and CSS structures that slow your website down, and can even carry injected malicious code.
- Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC systems scan regularly for malware so that risks introduced by plugins can be dealt with promptly, avoiding resource escalation that would affect other websites on the same server. When you are notified of such a risk, please follow our specialists' guidance to remediate it or replace the plugin with a specific alternative, in the interests of a safe and secure hosting environment.
- Where any abnormal plugin behavior creates a security risk or affects the platform, Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC will step in to remove or suspend the plugin immediately, to prevent escalating resource consumption and disruption to the server as a whole. Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC will notify you as soon as such behavior is detected.
- Keep WordPress updated to the latest version to close vulnerabilities and apply hotfixes.
- Back up your data regularly, because your data is what matters most. Do this on a regular basis. Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC recommends that customers regularlydata backupthrough the control panel, which already includes a cloning tool.
- Read carefullyterms of serviceto help you use the service more effectively.
