DevOps team leader

• Manage a team of 5 – 8 application operations engineers: assign work, mentor them and review their performance.
• Standardize the deployment process from development to production for every in-house product.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting and centralized logging; define SLI/SLO metrics for each service.
• Lead major incident response, coordinate the parties involved and write root cause analysis reports.
• Propose and implement improvements to availability, scalability and infrastructure cost.
• Build on-call schedules, shift handover procedures and operations documentation for each system.
• Work with the development teams so operational requirements are built in from the design stage.

• At least 5 years in DevOps, SRE or systems operations, including at least 1 year leading a team.
• Proficient with Kubernetes, Docker and at least one continuous integration tool (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Solid Linux administration and networking skills, plus troubleshooting techniques for live production systems.
• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or an equivalent monitoring stack.
• Good with Terraform or Ansible; able to write automation scripts in Python or Go.
• Experience building on-call and incident response processes for 24/7 systems.
• Good organizational and communication skills; proficient in written English.

• Income from 45 – 70 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
