System administrator specialist (Linux/Windows Server)

• Install, configure and administer Linux and Windows Server hosts on both physical and virtualized infrastructure.
• Administer VMware, Proxmox or KVM platforms: allocate resources, migrate virtual machines and resolve cluster incidents.
• Operate platform services: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, mail gateway, file server and print server.
• Set up and regularly test backup, data restore and disaster recovery procedures.
• Apply security patches, harden configurations to the internal baseline and prepare evidence for audits.
• Automate repetitive work with Ansible, Bash or PowerShell.
• Watch alerts, resolve incidents within the service level commitment and keep a complete operations log.

• At least 2 years administering servers in an enterprise or service provider environment.
• Fluent in Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, with a solid grasp of permissions and OS hardening.
• Hands-on experience with at least one virtualization platform: VMware vSphere, Proxmox, Hyper-V or KVM.
• Understanding of SAN/NAS storage, RAID and enterprise backup approaches.
• Able to write automation scripts in Bash or PowerShell; Ansible experience is a plus.
• RHCSA, RHCE, MCSA, VCP or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Careful with live production systems and willing to join the on-call rota.

• Income from 20 – 42 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
