Sales solutions business specialist (F&B, retail)

• Prospect restaurants, coffee shops, retail stores and store chains.
• Survey how the customer operates and recommend the right software package and hardware.
• Demonstrate the product in the store and answer the operational questions the owner asks.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate, close the contract and hand it to the deployment team.
• Care for the account after the sale, add branches and extend the services they use.
• Watch the market, the competition and customer feedback, and propose product adjustments.
• Report sales, pipeline and the weekly plan to your line manager.

• At least 1 year selling software, hardware or services to retail or hospitality businesses.
• Understands basic store operations: selling, stock, shifts, promotions and revenue reporting.
• Skilled at product demonstration and at handling objections.
• Comfortable working the market and meeting customers in their stores.
• Fluent with office software and CRM systems.
• Previous store management experience or contacts in the food and beverage industry is an advantage.

• Income from 18 – 38 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
