Analog Layout Engineer (Hybrid)

• Draw layouts for analog blocks: amplifiers, voltage references, converters, power circuits.
• Apply symmetry, matching and shielding techniques to reduce mismatch and noise.
• Run and clear DRC, LVS, antenna and ERC violations until clean.
• Extract parasitics and work with design engineers on post-layout verification.
• Plan block floorplanning, power grid planning and ESD protection structures.
• Prepare handover data and coordinate integration into higher-level layouts.
• Document layout conventions and maintain the reusable library.

• At least 2 years drawing analog or mixed-signal circuit layouts.
• Thành thạo Cadence Virtuoso Layout Suite.
• Solid grasp of process design rules and device matching techniques.
• Able to use the Calibre or PVS physical verification tools and parasitic extraction tools.
• Understand how parasitics, thermal effects and noise affect circuit performance.
• Comfortable working in a Linux environment; meticulous and patient with detail.
• English good enough to read technical documentation.

Analog circuit layout

• Income from 30 – 65 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
