Pattern ngăn chặn cascade failure khi service downstream bị lỗi.
Circuit Breaker có 3 trạng thái: Closed (bình thường), Open (ngắt kết nối khi lỗi), Half-Open (thử lại). Tự động chuyển trạng thái dựa trên error rate và timeout.
