Deployment model

Flexible deployment models for every need

Choose the deployment model that fits the project goals, schedule and budget — onsite, hybrid or a remote team — and switch between them as the project changes.

Ways of working: Onsite · Hybrid · Offshore
Contract types: ODC and project-based
Switching model mid-project: Yes, at agreed stage boundaries
Progress reporting: On a fixed cycle

Every business has its own challenges, goals and timelines, so no single model is right for all of them. A project needing strict security and fast decisions suits an onsite team; a long-running project optimizing for cost suits a remote one.

More important than choosing correctly at the start is being able to change later. Many projects begin with an onsite phase to pin down the business requirements, then move to hybrid or offshore once those requirements settle.

Whichever model applies, the commitments on quality, schedule and reporting stay the same. The difference is where the team sits, not how accountable it is.

Three deployment models

For each model: how we coordinate, what you receive, and a diagram of who works with whom.

Onsite — working at your office

Our engineers work at your enterprise headquarters, in the same office as your internal team. Suited when requirements are still forming or data cannot leave your internal system.

Direct conversation with your team, decisions made the same day.
You retain full control over progress and execution approach.
Data never leaves your corporate network.
No recruitment or internal training costs.

Hybrid — a combination

Project manager or bridge engineer works on-site with you; the rest of the development team works remotely. This is the most frequently selected model because it balances cost and engagement level.

Daily progress through the person onsite.
Business discussion happens in person, which reduces misread requirements.
Balanced quality, resourcing and process control.
Lower cost than a fully onsite team.

Offshore — working remotely

The whole team works from HiTechCloud offices, coordinated through a single point of contact. This suits long-running projects with clear requirements that need to scale the team quickly.

The most cost-effective of the three models.
One dedicated contact rather than several people to chase.
A fixed meeting schedule and transparent progress reporting.
Scale the team up or down by stage.

Contract types

Two forms of engagement

Choose by how settled the requirements are: still changing means paying for resources, already fixed means paying for the delivered product.

ODC — Offshore Development Center

Calculated by the human resources allocated to the project. You have a dedicated team working continuously with adjustable priorities across each cycle.

Cost is based on team size, not on the volume delivered.
A stable engineering and QA team that learns the system over time.
Progress reported on a fixed cycle.
Requirements can change mid-project without renegotiating the contract.

Suited to

Building new services
Long-running projects
Products still finding their direction

Project-based

Priced on the delivered product. Scope, timeline and cost are fixed in advance, which works when the requirements are already clear.

Cost is based on the requirements of the delivered product.
Engineering and QA staff are assigned per stage.
Development follows the requirements agreed at the start.
Changing the requirements changes the cost and the delivery date.

Suited to

One-off projects
Clear requirements
Demos and prototypes

Our commitments

What stays the same in every model

Cost optimization

Estimates are made per stage and updated when scope changes, so no surprise costs appear at the end of the project.

Schedule commitment

The Handover milestone is confirmed with you from the beginning. When there is a risk of delay, we report it immediately upon discovery rather than waiting until the deadline.
