Microsoft Azure & Hybrid Cloud
Design, migrate and run enterprise workloads on the Azure platform.
Genuine Microsoft solutions for business.
Azure is Microsoft's cloud platform, providing compute, storage, networking, databases, AI and security on demand. Unlike per-user licences, Azure bills for the resources actually consumed: the virtual machine type, the hours it runs, the storage used, the traffic in and out, and the region the resources sit in. That is why the price list below sets out units of work rather than one fixed figure — a figure is only accurate once the specific workload is known.
What HiTechCloud does around Azure: survey and size the workload before quoting; design the network architecture, backup and access control; carry out the migration in phases; advise on combining Azure with infrastructure hosted in Vietnam when data has to stay in-country.
If what you actually need is a virtual server hosted in-country, HiTechCloud will say so plainly: the Cloud Server CLF-01 package (Intel Xeon Gold 6558Q, 6 vCore, 10 GB RAM, 100 GB SSD NVMe, 600 Mbps) costs 529,200 đ per month — far cheaper and far simpler than building the equivalent on Azure.
Service pricing
The four items below are work HiTechCloud performs, not Azure resource rates. Monthly Azure spend is estimated during the survey and quoted separately for each system.

Why does the Azure price list have no specific figures?
Because Azure bills on actual consumption. The same application can cost several times more or less depending on the virtual machine type, the hours it is powered on, the storage used, the outbound bandwidth and the region. HiTechCloud surveys the workload before estimating, rather than quoting a number nobody can verify.
Is it better to put data on Azure or to host it in Vietnam?
It depends on where the data has to live, the latency to users in Vietnam, and the budget. HiTechCloud operates both sides, so it can compare them honestly: what belongs on Azure, what is better kept on Cloud Server or a dedicated server in-country, and what each option costs.
How far does HiTechCloud's migration support go?
The scope usually covers surveying the current estate, licensing advice, designing the target architecture, moving data in waves, testing before the real load is switched over, and support after go-live. The level of involvement is stated explicitly in each project quotation.
Do I need to buy extra Microsoft licences to run on Azure?
Possibly, depending on the software running inside the virtual machine. Windows Server, SQL Server and some other software need their own licences; if the business already bought under Volume Licensing, those can sometimes be reused. HiTechCloud reviews the existing licences before proposing any new purchase — see also Volume Licensing, CAL & ESU.
Do the prices shown include VAT?
Not yet. Every figure in the price list is a reference price excluding VAT, in Vietnamese đồng. Prices can change with Microsoft policy at the time of ordering, so the formal quotation is always redrawn on the day you place the order.
How does HiTechCloud issue invoices and licensing documents?
HiTechCloud provides invoices and documentation per product, per licensing programme and per actual order. Contracts, quotations and invoices are all in Vietnamese đồng, issued by Công ty Cổ phần Giải pháp Công nghệ và Phần mềm Phổ Tuệ, tax code 0318222903.
Where do I order and renew?
Send us the number of users, the state of your systems and when you need it, through the Contact page or on 0865.920.041. HiTechCloud draws up the quotation strictly from the catalogue in the price list above, then tracks the expiry date and reminds you to renew before the licence lapses.
