Where is patient data stored?
On infrastructure in a Vietnamese data center. The facility can choose private cloud or dedicated servers, with off-site backup also held in-country.
We use another vendor's software — can you integrate with it?
In most cases yes, through an existing interface or the database. Integration feasibility is confirmed during the survey, before scope is committed.
Does the system meet the rules for electronic medical records?
The system is built to the retention, permission and access-logging requirements that apply to electronic medical records. For each project we review the current regulations together with the facility's own specialists.
What happens if the site loses power or network?
The design accounts for this: a backup connection, and for critical modules a local instance so reception can continue offline and resync when the link returns.
How are implementation costs calculated?
Software and infrastructure are priced separately. Software by module scope and degree of customization; infrastructure by monthly resource use. Pricing follows the process survey.
