Software Architect

• Build and maintain the overall architecture picture for the group's product portfolio.
• Design the architecture of new systems: service decomposition, data models, integration strategy.
• Define architecture principles, deployment patterns and shared technical standards.
• Evaluate technology options, run feasibility trials and present the trade-offs to the leadership team.
• Review the teams' designs and help solve hard technical problems.
• Lead major programs: system modernization, cloud migration, platform upgrades.
• Build architecture capability across the teams through mentoring and internal knowledge sharing.

• At least 7 years of software development, including at least 2 years in an architect role.
• Has designed production distributed systems with demanding performance and availability requirements.
• Proficient in at least two different technology ecosystems.
• Solid grasp of event-driven architecture, microservices and cloud native design principles.
• Deep understanding of security, observability and operating cost when making architecture decisions.
• Strong documentation writing and persuasive presentation skills for audiences at every level.
• Fluent English.

Software architecture

• Income from 60 – 110 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.
• Bonuses for public holidays, Tết, birthdays and long service, plus spot bonuses when a project lands.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
