Senior Python Engineer (Full-time remote)

• Develop and maintain Python backend services for the data platform and automation systems.
• Design APIs, data models and asynchronous processing flows for heavy workloads.
• Write well-tested code and clear documentation so a distributed team can work on it.
• Take part in code reviews and contribute to the team's technical decisions.
• Optimize service performance and operating cost.
• Collaborate through online tools, with transparent daily progress updates.
• Join the incident on-call rotation on an agreed schedule.

• At least 4 years of Python development on production systems.
• Proficient in asynchronous programming and at least one modern framework (FastAPI, Django, Starlette).
• Solid grasp of relational databases, schema design and query optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and automated release pipelines.
• Skilled at writing automated tests; highly disciplined about code quality.
• Experience working remotely and effectively, with clear written communication.
• Good written English; willing to work on Vietnam time.

Python backend development · Remote

• Income from 35 – 70 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working remotely.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working remotely.

No office attendance is required. Stay reachable during working hours on the internal tools and join the team online meetings.
The team meets in person at most a few times a year for training and team events; travel and accommodation are paid by the company.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

Fully remote; you can live in any province or city in Vietnam.
The company provides the computer, licensed software and remote access. You provide a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
No office attendance is required. Anyone living near one of the group offices can still book a desk when they want one.
