Senior PHP Developer

• Take technical ownership of one or more critical business modules.
• Design module architecture, define service boundaries and the contracts between components.
• Set coding standards, configure static analysis tools and maintain the team's code quality.
• Lead major refactors and data migrations without interrupting the service.
• Review code, mentor developers and run internal technical sharing sessions.
• Analyze and resolve complex performance incidents in production.
• Take part in technology evaluation and technical decisions alongside the architects.

• At least 4 years of PHP development, including application architecture design.
• Proficient with Laravel or Symfony to the level of understanding the framework internals.
• Solid grasp of database design, transactions, locking and concurrency handling.
• Experience with message queues, distributed caching and event-driven architecture.
• Skilled at writing automated tests; understands continuous integration and delivery.
• Technical leadership skills: explaining and persuading with reasoning.
• Good English reading and writing.

PHP application architecture

• Income from 30 – 55 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
