Senior Fullstack Engineer (Python, VueJS)

• Build features from the interface down to the database for internal web applications and customer products.
• Design APIs in Python and build interfaces in VueJS.
• Own the quality and performance of the part of the system assigned to you.
• Take part in feature architecture design and the evaluation of technical options.
• Write tests on both sides and keep coverage at the committed level.
• Review code and mentor less experienced team members.
• Coordinate deployment and monitor the product after release.

• At least 4 years of fullstack development with Python and a modern front-end framework.
• Proficient with VueJS 3 and TypeScript.
• Strong command of API design, relational databases and query optimization.
• Understanding of web application security and page-load optimization techniques.
• Experience with Docker and automated release pipelines.
• Strong code review and technical communication skills.
• Good English reading and writing.

Fullstack development Python – VueJS

• Income from 35 – 65 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
