Product Designer — SaaS product (Remote)

• Design the flows and interfaces for our own and our clients SaaS products, from sketch through to interactive prototype.
• Start every problem by working out what the user is trying to do, rather than by opening a blank screen.
• Work with product managers to cut scope into releases whose results can actually be measured.
• Prepare handover documentation complete enough to build from: spacing, states, error messages, edge cases.
• Watch the numbers after a release and propose changes based on what users really did.
• Run A/B tests on the screens that matter most — sign-up, checkout and first-run onboarding.

• At least 3 years designing digital products, ideally SaaS or a multi-screen web application.
• Able to walk through two projects as a story: the problem, what you tried, why you chose it, what it changed.
• Fluent in Figma and one prototyping tool.
• Comfortable working asynchronously: you write clearly, record decisions, and report progress unprompted.
• A stable connection and a quiet place to work — the company provides the computer and licensed software.
• Good written English for working with documentation and international clients.

• Income from 28 – 42 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working remotely.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working remotely.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
No office attendance is required. Stay reachable during working hours on the internal tools and join the team online meetings.
The team meets in person at most a few times a year for training and team events; travel and accommodation are paid by the company.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

Fully remote; you can live in any province or city in Vietnam.
The company provides the computer, licensed software and remote access. You provide a stable internet connection and a quiet place to work.
No office attendance is required. Anyone living near one of the group offices can still book a desk when they want one.
