Cloud Engineer – Attractive Salary Package

• Design and deploy cloud infrastructure (public, private and hybrid) for enterprise customers as the project requires.
• Configure VPS, storage, networking, load balancing, backup and disaster recovery on the HiTechCloud platform.
• Migrate customer systems from physical infrastructure or another provider to the cloud with minimal downtime.
• Write Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or Ansible to standardize deployments.
• Monitor performance, optimize cost and propose upgrades for systems already in production.
• Handle level 2 – level 3 incidents, take scheduled on-call shifts and write root cause reports.
• Give the sales team technical support during customer surveys and solution proposals.

• At least 2 years operating or deploying cloud, virtualization or data center infrastructure.
• Proficient in Linux administration with solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, firewall.
• Hands-on experience with at least one platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, OpenStack or VMware vSphere.
• Able to use Terraform, Ansible or an equivalent automation tool; able to write Bash or Python scripts.
• Strong preference for candidates holding AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, VCP or CCNA.
• Takes responsibility for live production systems and is willing to join the on-call rotation.
• Proficient at reading English technical documentation.

• Income from 25 – 50 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
