ERP deployment consulting specialist

• Survey the customer current processes and restate them as concrete implementation requirements.
• Configure the assigned modules: purchasing, sales, inventory, manufacturing or accounting.
• Propose standardizing the process rather than customizing the system wherever that is possible.
• Prepare and validate the data migrated from the legacy system into the new one.
• Write user guides, train users and support the parallel-run period.
• Capture customization requests, work with the developers and test the result before handover.
• Support the customer after go-live and resolve business issues as they surface.

• At least 2 years implementing ERP or business management software in a consulting role.
• Deep knowledge of at least one business area: accounting, warehousing, purchasing, sales or manufacturing.
• Experience with one of: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo or a domestic ERP product.
• Able to write SQL queries to reconcile and clean data.
• Able to train and explain to users who are not technology specialists.
• Willing to work on customer premises during project phases.

• Income from 22 – 50 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.
• Salary reviews twice a year; quarterly performance bonus and a 13th-month salary.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30.
Hybrid working: at least 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home. The office schedule is agreed week by week between the team and the line manager.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Customer meetings, training and acceptance sessions may need office attendance outside the agreed schedule; they are announced at least 2 working days in advance.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

This is a hybrid role: you pick a home office when you apply and attend it on the team schedule, working from home the rest of the time.
The company provides the working equipment and remote access; office desks are booked in advance.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
