Risk management and fraud prevention specialist

• Set up and tune the anomaly detection rules on the risk scoring platform.
• Investigate flagged transactions, identify the method used and decide whether to block or release.
• Track the true detection rate against the false block rate and balance safety with customer experience.
• Handle chargeback claims from card schemes and assemble the evidence that a transaction was genuine.
• Analyze data to find new fraud patterns and propose preventive rules before losses spread.
• Build merchant risk profiles and periodically reassess their transaction limits.
• Work with engineering and legal when a case goes beyond the operations remit.

• At least 2 years in risk management, fraud prevention or financial data analysis.
• Able to write SQL queries and analyze transaction data independently.
• Familiar with the common fraud patterns in card payments, e-wallets and transfers.
• Rigorous analytical thinking, with conclusions drawn from evidence.
• Stays calm and objective on cases where several parties are applying pressure.
• Good English reading for working with international card scheme documentation.

• Income from 25 – 50 million VND/month, negotiable based on your ability and interview results.
• The salary discussed is net take-home income — the company covers social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance and personal income tax, so you receive the full agreed amount.

Monday – Friday: 08:30 – 17:30, lunch break 12:00 – 13:30, working at the office.
Saturday: 08:30 – 12:00, working from home — no need to come into the office.
Sunday and statutory public holidays: off.
Work-from-home policy: up to 10 work-from-home days in every 30 days (Saturdays included), registered in advance with your direct manager.
No unplanned overtime. Roles on system duty follow a separate shift schedule, with a shift allowance and compensating days off.

You choose one of the three domestic offices when you apply: Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi or Da Nang.
The group also has offices in Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka (Japan), Seoul (Korea), Sydney (Australia), California (United States), Singapore and Dubai — staff have the chance to work onsite or rotate by project.
